烧伤后面部色素沉着中西医结合治疗的临床效果探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨和评价中西医结合治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着的临床疗效。方法 168例烧伤后面部色素沉着患者,给予中药面膜及低能量密度Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,其中局部应用中药面膜者56例(A组)、单纯照射低能量密度Q开关Nd:YAG激光56例(B组)、中药面膜联合低能量密度Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗56例(C组)。结果 138例患者色素沉着均有不同程度改善,其中C组最明显,56例患者中14例色素沉着治愈,26例显著改善,14例褪色有效,2例无明显变化,有效率为96.43%;A组与B组有效率分别为71.43%和78.57%。结论以上3种方法均能改善烧伤后皮肤色素沉着,其中中药面膜联合低能量密度Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗效果最显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of burned skin hyperpigmentation at face. Methods 168 burned patients with hyperpigmentation at face were treated by treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask etc. as well as irradiated by a 1064nm Q-switched neodymium:yttrium-aluminium-garnet (QS Nd:YAG) laser with low pulse energy density.Fifty-six cases were treated by the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask etc.( group A).And 56 cases treated by a 1064nm QS Nd:YAG laser with low pulse energy density merely(group B).There were 56 patients treated by the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with a 1064nm QS Nd:YAG laser with low pulse energy density(group C). Results 138 patients’ hyperpigmentation lessened at some extent, especially in group C,in which 14 cases acquired healing,26 cases acquired obvious effects,14 patients’ hyperpigmentation faded effectively and 2 case had no effect with a effective rate 96.43%. Group A and group B had 71.43% and 78.57% effective rate respectively. Conclusion Combined above three methods can improve burned skin hyperpigmentation at face.And treatment of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with a 1064nm QS Nd:YAG laser with low pulse energy density had the greatest reduction.更多还原
