根管治疗术中根管充填的质量控制探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨根管治疗术中根管充填的质量控制方法和对患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析根管充填质量调控前后进行根管治疗的484例患者的根管填充质量变化情况,并对进行根管治疗的患者进行随访,比较根管治疗疗效。结果观察组适充165例,对照组适充140例,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=16.697,P<0.05)。观察组根充致密度评价为优秀182例,中等45例,欠佳15例;对照组优秀161例,中等40例,欠佳41例,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=22.604,P<0.05)。观察组治疗成功率为92.56%,对照组治疗成功率为83.88%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(2=8.824,P<0.05)。结论强化根管治疗术中根管充填的质量,有助于提高根管治疗效率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a root canal decompression of the root canal filling quality control method and the influence of the prognosis of patients with.Methods Retrospective analysis root canal filling before and after the quality control of root canal therapy in patients with root canal filling the quality change,and the root canal therapy of the patients were followed,compare a root canal curative effect.Results The observation group comfortable filling 165 cases and control optimum filling in 140 cases,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant (u= 16.697,P<0.05).The observation group root sends density for good evaluation filling 182 cases,the medium in 45 cases,poor 15 cases,the excellent 161 cases of control group,medium in 40 cases,41 cases were poor,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant (u=22.604,P<0.05).The observation group treatment success rate of 92.56%,and the control group treatment success rate of 83.88%,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant (2 =8.824,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening a root canal decompression of the quality of the root canal filling,and improve the efficiency of root canal therapy,worth clinical promotion.更多还原
