单纯修补、胃部分切除术治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果对比

【摘要】 目的对比分析急性胃穿孔使用单纯修补和胃部分切除手术的临床疗效。方法将2009年8月～2011年9月收治的66例急性胃穿孔的患者随机分为两组,修补组给予单纯修补手术,切除组给予胃大部切除手术,观察对比两组患者的手术时间、疗效、并发症发生率。结果两组患者治疗效果无差异,P>0.05;修补组手术时间短,手术后并发症少,与切除组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论治疗急性胃穿孔给予单纯修补,手术的优势更高,但仍需要医生根据患者的实际情况合理选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of acute gastric perforation simple closure and partial gastrectomy surgery. Methods 66 cases of acute gastric perforation in patients admitted from August 2009 to September 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the repair group was given a simple repair surgery, the surgical resection group were treated with subtotal gastrectomy surgery, observed and compared two groups of patients time, efficacy, complication rate. Results The patients treatment no significant difference, P>0.05; repair group, shorter operative time, fewer complications after surgery, the resection group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute gastric perforation to give greater advantage of simple repair surgery, but still requires a doctor according to the actual situation of the patients with a reasonable choice.更多还原
