rAd-p53瘤内注射联合放化疗前后鼻咽癌原发灶细胞凋亡的变化

【摘要】 目的观察重组人p53腺病毒(rAd-p53)瘤内注射联合放化疗前后的鼻咽癌原发灶组织细胞凋亡的变化情况。方法 61例确诊中晚期鼻咽癌的患者随机分为2组。治疗组:rAd-p53瘤内注射+同步放化疗。对照组:同步放化疗组。于rAd-p53瘤内注射前及放疗至20G(y第三次rAd-p53治疗后)时取鼻咽部瘤体活组织标本,分别进行凋亡细胞的原位检测(TUNEL法)。结果对照组治疗前后的AI分别为(4.455±1.670)%、(8.252±4.076)%,治疗组治疗前后的AI分别为(4.453±1.670)%、(13.370±6.957)%,治疗组治疗前后、对照组治疗前后、治疗组与对照组治疗后AI有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 rAd-p53瘤内注射联合放化疗鼻咽癌原发灶细胞凋亡指数明显增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the changes of apoptosis after adenovirus p53(rAd-p53) intratumoral injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on treatment of advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 61 cases with advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.The therapy group:intratumoral injection rAd-p53 plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy group,the control group:radiotherapy and chemotherapy group.The histopathological changes were compared between the two groups.All samples taken apoptotic examination by in situ TUNEL.Result Before and after treatment,the apoptotic index of therapy group was(4.453±1.670)% and(13.370±6.957)% respectively,the apoptotic index of the control group was(4.455±1.670)% and(8.252±4.076)% respectively.The apoptotic index of therapy group was higher than the the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Apoptotic index in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was a remarkable increase after adenovirus p53(rAd-p53) intratumoral injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.更多还原
