螺旋CT双期扫描对胰腺癌的术前评估价值

【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT双期扫描对胰腺癌的术前评估价值。方法回顾性分析接受治疗的25例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,分析其螺旋CT双期扫描表现并进行术前分期,与手术结果进行对比。结果 25例患者中,CT术前评估与手术结果对比,可切除评估灵敏度84.6%,不可切除评估灵敏度100%,与手术结果符合程度较高。结论螺旋CT双期扫描对胰腺癌具有良好的术前评估价值,并且可以有效判断出肿瘤对周围组织的侵犯情况以及转移情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preoperative evaluation value of dual-phase spiral CT for pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The dual-phase spiral CT manifestations and preoperative staging of 25 cases with pancreatic carcinoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with surgical results.Results Sensitivity of resectability assessment was 84.6%,non-resectability assessment was 100%,that indicate CT preoperative evaluation consistent with surgical results.Conclusion Dual-phase spiral CT for pancreatic carcinoma with good preoperative evaluation value,and can effectively judge the situation if invasion and metastasis happened.更多还原
