神经内窥镜辅助下动脉瘤夹闭治疗分析

【摘要】 目的探讨神经内窥镜在动脉瘤夹闭治疗的疗效及意义。方法选择2009年1月～2011年7月30例动脉瘤患者均行内窥镜辅助显微镜进行颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,显微镜显露动脉瘤后,神经内窥镜清晰观察动脉瘤周围解剖。结果 30例患者术后复查,夹闭效果均满意。无死亡发生,未出现与内窥镜相关的并发症。结论内窥镜可以确定夹闭位置是否准确,能更好观察周围解剖,尤其适用于复杂性动脉瘤,有效避免了误夹穿通动脉。内窥镜辅助动脉瘤夹闭治疗可以提高手术疗效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the neuroendoscope in microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms treatment and significance.Methods From January 2009 to July 2011,endoscope-assisted microsurgery was applied in 30 case of aneurysm with microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms.After the microscope revealed the aneurysm,neuroendoscope observed clearly around the aneurysm dissection.Rusults30 patients were examined after operation,microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms effect were satisfied.No deaths or complications associated with endoscope occurred.Conclusion Neuroendoscope can determine whether clipping of intracranial aneurysms position accurate,and can better visualize anatomical around.Especially for the complexity aneurysm,effectively avoid clip perforatingartery by mistake.Neuroendoscope assisted microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms treatment can improve operative efficacy and is worthy for being widely used in clinical application.更多还原
