手术辅助局部热化疗治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的评价脑胶质瘤手术辅助局部热化疗的疗效。方法回顾分析自2002年7月至2007年7月收治的120例胶质瘤患者的临床资料,其中59例行单纯肿瘤手术切除(常规治疗组),61例行肿瘤手术切除辅助术中、术后局部间断热化疗(综合治疗组),比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果综合治疗组平均生存(35.35±4.35)个月,常规治疗组平均生存(8.65±3.25)个月,综合治疗组较常规治疗组生存年限显著延长(P<0.01),而并发症并未增加。CT扫描可观察到残留肿瘤逐渐变小、液化、消融。结论脑胶质瘤手术辅助局部热化疗可提高手术疗效,减少肿瘤复发,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of operative treatment plus local thermochmotherapy for gliomas.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 120 patients with glioma treated in our department between July,2002 and July,2007.Of these cases,59 were treated with operative treatment(traditional treated group) and 61 were assisted with local thermochmotherapy during and after operation(comprehensive treated group).Then we compared the therapeutic effects between two treated groups.Results The life span of patients in thermochemotherapy group(35.35±4.35) months was significantly longer than that in the control group(8.65 ±3.25)months(P<0.001).Moreover,there was no more complication as well as the reducing,liquefing and vanishing of remaining tumors which is showed by CT scan.Conclusion Operative treatment plus local thermochmotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect of operation,reduce the tumor recrudescence which showing it is a safe and effective treatment for glioma.更多还原
