微管微创早孕无痛人工流产术临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的观察运用微管微创法对早孕妇女施行无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法自愿接受流产早孕健康妇女150例,随机分为3组:A组:50例运用微管微创法施行无痛人工流产术;B组:50例运用传统金属管人工流产术;C组:50例运用药物流产术,分别观察各组疼痛、出血及完全流产率情况。结果 A组疼痛与B组及C组比较明显减轻(P<0.01);A组出血时间与B组及C组比较明显减少(P<0.01);A组完全流产率与C组比较明显增高(P<0.01)。结论微管微创法较传统的金属管人工流产术及药物流产术相比具有安全、有效、舒适的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of painless artificial abortion in early pregnant women with minimally invasive method with microtubules.Methods 150 Healthy women of early pregnancy to voluntarily accept of abortion were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A: 50 cases using painless artificial abortion technique by minimally invasive method with microtubules; group B: 50 cases using traditional metal tubes abortion technique; group C: 50 cases using drug abortion technique. All groups were observed about bleeding 、pain and complete abortion rate.Results Symptoms of pain and bleeding in group A than those in group B and group C reduced significantly (P < 0.01); The complete abortion rate of group A compared with group C increased significantly. (P < 0.01). Conclusion Minimally invasive method with microtubules is better than the traditional metal tubes abortion and drug abortion with safe, effective and comfortable advantage.更多还原
