髋臼双柱骨折90例手术治疗分析

【摘要】 目的分析不同手术入路治疗髋臼双柱骨折患者的临床疗效。方法随访手术治疗的髋臼双柱骨折患者90例,包括单一手术入路组51例和联合入路组39例。全部病例均接受切开复位钢板螺钉固定。结果单一入路手术组平均手术用时为(136±30)min,手术出血量为(1051±340)mL,与联合入路组([241±35)min,(1962±610)mL]比较差异有统计学意义;手术满意复位率96.1%(49/51),联合入路组为87.0%(27/31),两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论单一手术入路治疗髋臼双柱骨折手术时间短、术中用血量少、并发症发生率低,是髋臼双柱骨折的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of patients with both column acetabular fractures through different surgical approaches.Methods 90 patients who had undergone open reduction and internal fixation of both column fractures of the acetabulum were thoroughly followed up.There were divided into single approach group(51 cases) and combined or extended approach group(39 cases) .Open reduction and internal fixation with plate and screws were used in all patients,and compared the standards of operation index,surgery reset and postoperative complications between two groups.Results The surgey time of single approach group was(136±30) min,the surgery blood loss was(1051±340) mL,the index of combined or extended approach group was(241±35) min and(1962±610) mL,it’s exist significant differences between two groups.The surgery satisfaction rate of single approach group was 96.1%(49/51) ,it’s no significant differences compared with combined or extended approach group(87.0%) .Conclusion The single approach has the advantage of shorter operative time,lower transfusion volume,is the first methods treat the patients with both column acetabular fractures.更多还原
