中药灌肠配合微波治疗盆腔炎临床研究

【摘要】 目的探讨中药灌肠配合微波治疗盆腔炎临床疗效。方法选取本院妇科门诊慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为中药灌肠联合微波热疗400例,采用中药保留灌肠后配合微波照腹部理疗,7天一疗程。结果观察组400例患者中显效(患者无不适,双合诊子宫附件无压痛)患者390例,有效(患者无不适,双合诊子宫附件有压痛)10例,无效0例,其中有效10例继续治疗1疗程后妇检子宫附件无压痛,有效率达100%。结论中药灌肠联合微波的使用解除了患者的痛苦,缩短了疗程,且操作方便,效果明显,无副作用,妇科临床应广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment with herbal coloclysis microwave pelvic infection clinical curative effect. Methods The hospital maternity clinics in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine enema combined microwave heat therapy in 400 cases, use of Chinese medicine retention enema with microwave as abdomen after therapy, and 7 days of treatment. Results Among 400 cases with the observation group got (patients without discomfort, ShuangGe clinical uterine attachment no tenderness) in 390 cases, effective (patients without discomfort, ShuangGe clinical uterine accessories have tenderness) 10 cases effectiveness and 0 cases, effective 10 cases continue to treat 1 after treatment for women without uterine accessories tenderness, the rate was 100%. Conclusion Combined the use of herbal coloclysis microwave from the patient’s suffering, shorten the period of treatment, and convenient operation, the effect is obvious, no side effect, gynecology clinic should be broad application.更多还原
