小型物体冷气发射系统内弹道过程分析

【摘要】 为了研究小型物体冷气发射系统发射过程的内弹道特性,根据小型物体冷气发射系统的结构及工作原理,利用热力学理论建立了发射过程的内弹道模型,模型中考虑了发射筒间隙漏气及被发射物旋转.根据模型编制了计算程序,计算分析了发射过程内弹道性能参量的变化规律.被发射物接口与储气罐出气口未脱离前,被发射物所受的作用力较小,速度增加缓慢,发射筒开始充气后,被发射物所受压力迅速增大.开展了不同充气压力条件下的发射试验,并测试了被发射物出发射筒时的速度.计算结果与试验结果符合较好,试验结果验证了模型的合理性,为小型物体冷气发射系统结构设计提供了理论研究方法.

【Abstract】 To study the interior ballistic characteristics of cool-gas launch system of minitype object,the launch model was constructed by using thermodynamic theory based on the structure and the work principle of cool-gas launch system,and gap and project canal circumrotating were considered in the model.According to the model,the computer program was developed.The variation regularity of the interior ballistic parameters of launch process were analyzed.Before the interface of the projectile isn ’ t detached from the gas-tank outlet,the force acting on the projectile is small,so the velocity increases slowly.After the gas begins to flow into the launch tube,the force acting on the projectile increases rapidly.The experiments of different pressure were carried out,and the velocity of projectile was tested.Calculation results agree well with the experimental results.The results of calculation and test prove the rationality of this model.The study offers theoretical methods for constructional design of cool-gas launch system of minitype object.
