灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理的质性研究

【摘要】 目的分析灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理存在的问题并提出解决策略,为建立适合我国国情的灾害救援护理人力资源组织管理机制提供借鉴。方法采用质性研究的方法,对我省参加过5.12抗震救灾的8家医疗单位的24名手术室护士作深入访谈,采取Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理与分析。结果灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理涉及的内容包括灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织、灾害救援需具备的相关知识与技能、灾害救援中协调作战能力等。结论加强灾害救援手术室护理人力资源组织管理研究已迫在眉睫,建议以手术室专委会为支撑,建立区域性手术室专科人力资源协作网络,达到从源头上改善护理救援人力资源不足、救灾知识技能缺乏、救援协调作战能力低等目的。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to build an organization and management system of nursing human resource in operating room on disaster relief in China,by analyzing the problems exiting in nursing human resource organization and management and the proposed solutions.Methods Qualitative research was employed in this study,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to collect and analyze the data drew from 24 operating room nurses from 8 hospitals who engaged with the relief work in the 5.12 earthquakes.Results According these nurses,operating room nursing human resource organization and management for disaster relief included nursing human resource organization,knowledge and skills required in disaster relief,and the capability of collaboration.Conclusion Strengthening the capabilities of operating room nursing human resource organization and management is very necessary.And a regional collaborative network of nursing human resource should be built in operating room,based on the support of its committee.Therefore,the shortage of operating room nursing human resource in disaster relief can be improved,as well as the poor skills and collaborative ability of rescue.
