镁合金化学镀镍-磷活化工艺的研究
An Investigation on Activation Process for Electroless Ni-P Plating on Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱成分分析仪、极化曲线、开路电位等手段,优选出最佳的活化液pH值;然后进行化学镀,通过极化曲线测试镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:活化液pH值为4.0时,所得镀层的耐蚀性最好。
【Abstract】 The pH value of the activation solution was optimized by optical microscope,SEM,EDS,polarization curves,open circuit potential and so on,and then the electroless plating was performed on magnesium alloy after activation.The corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated by polarization curves.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating is the best when the pH value of the activation solution is 4.0.
