【Abstract】 In this paper,a verification equipment of leakage current device is developed,which can be used for calibration of leakage current device efficiently.This article describes the working principle of the verification equipment and core technology.The verification equipment which includes leakage current measurement and break time measurement,is designed based on the character of leakage current device.According to the calibration data,the device performance parameters meet the design requirements.更多还原
