渤海海域古近纪微体化石组合特征及油气勘探意义

【摘要】 渤海海域古近系自下而上依次划分为孔店组、沙河街组和东营组,根据化石亚组合进而划分出段和亚段等更小的地层单元,并与周围油气区建立了良好的对比关系。每种生物都有自己独特生活习性和分布规律,据此及相关的岩性资料可以推测出地层单元形成水体环境和气候条件,这种条件反过来又会控制着地层的形成和分布,因而也控制着烃源岩和储集岩的形成和分布。油气勘探的成功率在很大程度上取决于对地层认识的程度,特别是对烃源岩和储层质量的认识。深入研究渤海古近系微体化石组合特征对油气勘探有十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The Paleogene strata from the Bohai area,which consist of the Kongdian,Shahejie and Dongying formations in ascending order,have been divided into members and sub-menbers based on microfossil and 3-D seismic dada.These stratigraphic units and sub-units can be correlated with equivalent strata in adjacent oil and gas fields.The depositional environments and climatic conditions can be inferred from the ecologic features and distributions of microfossils and lithologic characteristics.Such environmental conditions also control the formation and distribution of stratigraphic units and sub-units that contian oil source beds and reservoirs.The present research on the characteristics of the Paleogene microfossil assemblages from the Bohai area has important significance on oil and gas exploration.
