BiFeO3薄膜在光伏电池中的应用
Application of BiFeO3 thin films in Photovoltaic cells
【摘要】 介绍了BiFeO3薄膜在光伏电池中应用的基础知识,主要包括它的基本结构、工作原理、用作太阳能电池的要求、加工方法、研究现状及前景。对传统的p-n结太阳能电池和BiFeO3光伏电池的工作原理进行了比较并作了解释。在加工方法部分,一些最新研究进展列举其中。对目前所面临的主要问题进行了分析并简单给出了相应的正在研究的解决方法。
【Abstract】 The basic knowledge of BiFeO3 thin films used in ferroelectric photovoltaics was introduced,mainly about the structure,mechanism,requirements,processing methods,current studying state and the prospect.The working mechanism of traditional p-n solar cell and the BiFeO3 photovoltaics was compared and explained.While talking about the processing methods,some of the latest progresses were listed.Besides,the main problems faced nowdays were analyzed and the studying solutions were also raised without detailed explaination.
