【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌所致急性肠梗阻的外科治疗方法。方法回顾分析2004年1月至2011年5月我院经手术治疗的结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻45例患者的临床资料。结果手术治疗45例,其中行一期切除28例,Hartmann术9例,横结肠造瘘术1例,盲肠造瘘术2例,Miles术3例,乙状结肠双袢造瘘术2例。痊愈好转出院43例,死亡2例,术后并发症8例。结论重视对结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的认识,根据术中探查的情况及患者的自身情况,选择合理的手术时机和适当的手术方式,加强围手术期处理是保证治疗成功,减少并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer diagnosis, treatment. Methods Review 2004.1-2011.05 years by our surgical treatment of colorectal concurrent acute intestinal obstruction of the clinical data of 45 patients. Results 6 cases of colon obstruction right were performed stage I resection anastomosis; 8 cases of colon obstruction left six routine stage I resection anastomosis, a routine transverse colon colostomy, a diseased appendix routine colostomy; 8 cases of the sigmoid colon cancer 6 underwent radical stage I resection anastomosis, a diseased appendix routine colostomy, anastomotic fistula case, a death; 23 cases of colorectal cancer nine routine Dixon technique, the 8 routine Hartmann technique, the three Miles routine technique, the two cases both loops the sigmoid colon colostomy art, deaths.
