【摘要】 目的将PPH运用于直肠肛门疾病治疗并完善手术操作技巧。方法对68例IRP患者(其中65例合并有内痔、混合痔),41例RFP患者(其中39例合并有内痔、混合痔),93例单纯内痔、混合痔患者采用PPH进行手术治疗的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果随访6个月至3年,主述症状完全改善或基本改善者197例,部分改善者5例。结论运用PPH治疗IRP(或合并有混合痔、内痔)、RFP(或合并混合痔、内痔)以及单纯混合痔、内痔患者效果良好。在手术时间、操作方法、术后恢复等方面优于非的手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) in the treatment of Rectum and Anus diseases and perfact skill of operation.Methods 68patients with Inner Rectum Prolapse(IRP) and 41patients with Rectum Front Protrusion(RFP) and 93patients with Inner and Mixed Hemorrhoids underwent PPH.Results Satisfactory results achievedt.Conclusion Application of PPH in the treatment of patients with IRP and RFP and Inner and Mixed Hemorrhoids will lead to satisfactory results,with the advantages of shorter operation time,simple measures and quicker recovery compared to non-PPH treatment.更多还原
