【Abstract】 The key issues in the field of precious metals have been summarized.The latest development on the precious metals containing rare earth elements has been reviewed in detail.The influence mechanisms of rare earth elements on the precious metals have been analyzed in terms of purifying,refining and micro alloying.According to the particular characteristics of rare earth elements in different precious metals,it is regarded as a possible and urgent issue to develop novel precious metals functional materials containing rare earth elements,which can improve additional value of rare earth element and meet the increasing demand of industry as well.更多还原
