水源安全模糊发光微生物传感器的研究

【摘要】 介绍了利用发光微生物Q 67检测饮用水急性毒物的工作原理,并在此基础上研究了模糊发光微生物传感器的结构及工作原理.同时进行了检测饮用水的实验数据分析,对模糊发光微生物传感器的数值和符号的转换过程进行了探讨;提出了模糊发光微生物传感器检测量状态隶属函数.将模糊发光微生物传感器用于饮用水急性毒物检测提高了水安全检测的智能化程度,且使检测过程更易于操作.

【Abstract】 The principle to detect acute toxicity in water by luminescent bacteria Q 67 has been presented.And on this basis,the structure and theory of the fuzzy luminescent biosensor have been researched.The experimental data to measure water have been analyzed.The process to be transformed from its numeric to symbol of the fuzzy luminescent biosensor has been discussed.The subjection function of detectable status of the fuzzy luminescent biosensor has been proposed.The detectable intelligent degree of water safety has been improved and the measure is easier to operate by what the fuzzy luminescent biosensor had been applied in detecting acute toxicity in water.
