猪毛菜液泡膜SsNHX1基因的克隆及功能验证
Clone and function of the Na~+/H~+ antiporter gene SsNHX1 from Salsola collina Pall
【摘要】 为研究猪毛菜液泡膜Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白的功能,从猪毛菜中将该基因克隆出来并在酵母中获得了表达.结果表明,整合外源SsNHX1基因的酵母在含有0.5mol/L NaCl的培养基中的生长速率要比对照高,菌落的直径比对照明显大.证明猪毛菜SsNHX1基因能够有效地提高酵母转化子的耐盐能力.
【Abstract】 To study the function of Na+/H+ antiporter gene SsNHX1 from plant Salsola collina Pall,coloned this gene from plant Salsola collina Pall and made it expressed successfully in the yeast.The results showed integration of exogenous SsNHX1 yeast in the medium supplemented with 0.5 mol/L NaCl growth rate should be higher than control,colony have significant diameter than control,this certificate that Salsola collina Pall SsNHX1 gene can effectively improve the salt tolerance of yeast transformants.
