复方中草药对西伯利亚鲟亲鱼血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 由板蓝根和甘草组成的清热解毒复方中草药作为饲料添加剂对西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baeri)亲鱼血清生化指标的影响,在基础饲料中添加质量分数为1%剂量的复方中草药,在25~28℃养殖条件下饲养西伯利亚鲟24 d后测定分析其血清生化指标。结果表明,试验组的血清白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(CHOL)较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组的血清溶菌(LSZ)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);试验组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);试验组的谷丙转氨酶(GPT)及谷草转氨酶(GOT)较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,1%复方板蓝根和甘草中草药添加剂在增强西伯利亚鲟免疫力的同时,也加重了肝脏负担。因此在使用中草药添加剂时,要注意药材选择及其可能产生的副作用。

【Abstract】 Effects of BanLanGen and liquorice compound on serum biochemical indicators of seven year old parent Siberian sturgeon(Acipenser baeri) were studied in summer.After the parent Siberian sturgeon was fed with the basic feed added with 1% of compound Chinese herbal medicine for 24 d,the serum biochemical indicators were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the serum albumin(ALB),triglycerides(TG) and total cholesterol(CHOL) of added group were not significant different from the control group(P>0.05),while the serum lysozyme(LSZ) and alkaline phosphatasea(AKP) were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the serum of superoxide dismutase(SOD) of added group was not significant different from that of the control group(P>0.05);the serum malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum catalase(CAT) was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);activities of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transanlinase(GPT) were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).It indicated that the addition of 1% of BanLanGen and liquorice compound in basic feed could improve the immunity of Siberian sturgeon,and also produce a side-effect at the same time;therefore,it is worth notifying that the side-effects of Chinese traditional medicine should be considered.
