不同无机盐对木耳菌种老化的影响

【摘要】 通过对比添加MgSO4、NaCl、CaCO3、KH2PO4四种无机盐对木耳菌丝在90 d内的长势及老化指标的研究,探讨不同无机盐对木耳菌种老化的影响。结果表明,MgSO4对木耳菌丝的老化和长速均有一定的抑制作用,但抗老化效果不显著;NaCl虽抗老化效果显著,但也严重抑制木耳菌丝的生长,不利于生产;CaCO3虽有促进菌丝生长的作用,但也促进木耳菌丝老化的进程,且菌丝长势稀疏,再生能力差;KH2PO4既能抑制木耳菌丝老化,又不影响其生长速度,且添加浓度为0.3%的KH2PO4处理效果最显著,90 d时菌丝依然较白,无黄水和酸腐气味,长速也不低于对照组,菌丝更加浓密。

【Abstract】 By comparing four kinds of inorganic salts on growing and aging index of Auricularia auricular within a period of time,discussed the influence of different inorganic salts on aging of Auricularia auricular.The results showed that MgSO4 had certain inhibition on the aging and growth rate of Auricularia auricular mycelium but anti-aging effect was not significant.Although the anti-aging effect of NaCl was significant,it also seriously inhibited the growth of Auricularia auricular mycelium and was not conducive to the production.Although CaCO3 had stimulative role for mycelium growth,it also promoted the aging process of mycelium which had sparse regeneration ability.KH2PO4 could restrain aging,and did not affect its growth rate,adding KH2PO4 of 0.3%,it still had more white mycelium,no yellow water and sour smell,the growth rate was not lower than that of had the
