原子吸收法测定植物性饲料锌、锰含量不同前处理方法的评价

【摘要】 采用四类不同的前处理方法,即湿消化法、干湿结合分解法、盐酸溶解法和国标干灰化法处理饲料样品利用原子吸收分光光度法测定植物性饲料微量元素锌、锰含量。试验以不同处理测定的精确度、准确度、所需时间和操作的难易程度为指标,通过环境污染分析,综合比较各种处理方法对微量元素锌、锰分析的实际意义。结果表明,湿消化法、干湿结合分解法和盐酸溶解法可以达到国标法干灰化法的精确度和准确度,与国标干灰化法的测定结果无差异。进行植物性饲料微量元素锌、锰含量测定时,可以用湿消化法、干湿结合分解法及盐酸溶解法代替国标法,其中干湿结合分解法、盐酸溶解法简单易行,方法可靠,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Four kinds of different preprocessing methods,wet digestion,combination of ashing and digestion,acid dissolution,and dry ashing were used to dispose feed samples to measure microelement zinc and manganese in the representative plant feedstuffs by atomic absorptive spectrophotometer.The precision,accuracy,time,degree of difficulty and pollution of different methods were selected as indexes and compared synthetically to discover the practical meanings of different methods in analyzing zinc and manganese in feeds.The results showed that the precision,accuracy and analysis results of digestion,combination of ashing and digestion as well as acid dissolution were not remarkably different from the national standard.Therefore,national standard could be replaced by wet digestion,combination of ashing and digestion,acid solution in the measurement of zinc and manganese in plant feeds.The two methods,combination of ashing and digestion,acid dissolution,deserved to be used broadly because their simplification and reliability.
