【摘要】 测绘行业的科技项目根据测绘行业内部的特殊性,可以分为科技项目申报和科研成果管理两部分,其中科研成果管理包括科技项目申报流程中产生的各种文档的管理,以及历年来积累的科研成果文档数据的管理。在测绘行业中,随着研究问题的提出和研究的深入,需要将研究方向和研究成果以项目的形式逐级申报和审批,并将申报过程中产生的文档、数据、审批信息、资质等归档,以备日后检索和管理统计,因此测绘行业需要一套面向本行业的、功能完备的、B/S架构的科技项目管理解决方案,为测绘行业科技项目管理开拓新的管理模式,并为管理者提供有效的决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Within surveying and mapping industry,science and technology projects can be divided into two parts according to its own industry specificity.They are science and technology projects declaration(STPD) and results of scientific research management(RSRM).RSRM contains documents which are produced by the workflow of STPD and documents which were accumulated by RSRM over the years.In surveying and mapping industry with the proposing problems and depth of study,we need to report and approve of the direction of research and results of research step by step and archive the documents,data,the information of approval and qualification which will be searched and indexed.Therefore,surveying and mapping industry needs a B/S(Browser/Server) architecture solution which is industry-oriented and fully featured to provide a new mode and strong decision support to the manager of surveying and mapping industry.更多还原
