球磨处理EMD对碱锰电池电性能的影响

【摘要】 分析了球磨处理对电解二氧化锰(EMD)晶体结构、粒径和比表面积的影响,研究了球磨后的EMD对碱性锌锰电池放电性能和过放电防漏性能的影响。球磨处理可使EMD的粒径由40μm降低到15μm,比表面积从25.1 m2/g提高到26.2m2/g,电池放电性能提高5%~20%,过放电漏液率从50%降低到0%。通过球磨用TiO2、Bi2O3、BaO和Yb2O3对EMD进行掺杂,可提高电池的电性能。

【Abstract】 Effects of ball-milling on crystal structure,particle size and specific surface area of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) were analyzed.The effects on the discharge performance and over-discharge leakage-proof performance of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery were studied.By ball-milling,the particle size of EMD was decreased from 40 μm to 15 μm,the specific surface area was increased from 25.1 m2/g to 26.2 m2/g,the discharge performance was improved 5%~20%,the over-discharge leakage rate was decreased from 50% to 0%.The electric performance of battery with EMD doping with TiO2,Bi2O3,BaO and Yb2O3 by ball-milling was improved.
