【摘要】 目的探讨非营养性吸吮和抚触对低体重新生儿胃肠道发育的影响。方法将120例低体重新生儿随机分为4组:胃管喂养(A组)、胃管喂养结合非营养性吸吮(B组)、胃管喂养结合抚触(C组)、胃管喂养结合非营养性吸吮和抚触(D组),每组30例。记录每次喂养前抽吸胃内残留奶量、每日排便次数、每日排便量、胎粪排尽时间、黄疸持续时间、出生时体重、生后7天与14天体重的变化。结果每日平均胃残留奶量、胎粪排尽时间、黄疸持续时间,D组均小于其它各组(P<0.05);平均日排便次数、平均日排便量、生后7天与14天体重D组均大于其它各组(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮结合抚触可在一定程度上促进低体重新生儿胃肠道发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of non - nutritive sucking combined with massaging and touching on the gastrointestinal development in the newborn with low birth weight.Methods 120 newborns with low birth weight in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) were divided randomly into four groups basing on the different feeding styles.The cases had been fed by intermittent nasoduodenal or intermittent nasogastric feedings belonging to Group A,combined with non - nutritive sucking belonging to Group B,combined with massaging and touching belonging to Group C,combined with both non - nutritive sucking massaging and touching belonging to Group D. There were 30 cases each group.Keeping datas of the un - digestive milk in the stomach pumped out from it before each feeding,the fecesing times daily,the fecesing quantity daily,the all fetus feces drainaging time,jaundice of neonate standing duration,the body weights in the time of birthing and on the seventh,fourteenth day after birth. Results The average un - digestive milk daily,the all fetus feces drainaging time and jaundice of neonate standing duration had decreased in Group D,compared with the other groups(P<0.05).The average fecesing frequency daily,the average fecesing volume daily and the body weights on the seventh and fourteenth day had increased in Group D,compared with the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The gastrointestinal development can benefit from the feeding styles combined with both non - nutritive sucking and massaging and touching especially in the newborn with low birth weight.更多还原
