应用有限元技术的曲轴零件强度分析
Strength Analysis of Crankshaft Parts Based on Finite Element Technology
【摘要】 以曲轴零件为研究对象,应用UG进行零件的三维造型,通过中间格式IGS导入ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型,对曲轴零件的网格划分和载荷施加做了详细的说明并求解。通过结果显示,分析了曲轴零件的变形和应力分布情况,为曲轴的失效分析和优化设计提供依据。
【Abstract】 The crankshaft parts as the research object,adopting the three-dimensional modeling of the application of UG parts into ANSYS finite element analysis model,the paper gives a detailed description and the solution of the intermediate format IGS crankshaft parts meshing and load application.Based on the results,the paper analyzes the crankshaft parts deformation and stress distribution,and provides the reference for the crankshaft failure analysis and design optimization.
