【摘要】 高职教育的快速发展,顺应了新型工业化对高端技能型应用人才的数量需求,对我国经济社会的发展和产业结构调整起到了积极推动和支撑作用。但这种快速、急剧以及缺少对质量、结构和效益协调统筹的规模扩张,使得高职教育发展失衡的现象逐步显现。中国经济的增长方式已经实现了由粗放式逐渐向集约式的转变,借鉴现代企业集团的经营组织形式和管理方式,充分利用社会资源,高职教育走集约化发展的道路将逐渐成为一种趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of higher vocational education complies with the requirement of skilled practical talents of the new industrialization,promotes and supports the economic and social development and industrial restructuring.But the rapid,sharp expansion lacks the coordination of quality,structure and efficiency,which makes the higher vocational education imbalance gradually revealed.The nation’s economic growth has shifted from extensiveness to intensification.It is gradually becoming a trend for higher vocational education to follow the way of intensive development by learning the form of business organization and management from modern enterprise groups and making full use of social resources.更多还原
