【摘要】 地方高校教师教育专业实践教学环节被弱化的现象非常严重。因此,地方高校迫切需要加强教师教育专业的实践教学,切实提高教师教育专业学生的教学实践能力,有效性策略主要有:加大实践教学环节的学时(学分)比重,构建科学合理的实践教学体系;注重教师教育专业课程教学方法的改革;加强教育实践基地建设,重视教育见习和实习;协同毕业论文与教育实习;等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now in local universities,the practical teaching of teachers’ majors has been greatly weakened and this phenomenon needs to be changed and students’ ability should be enhanced by the following effective strategies: the study hours or credit should be added,scientific teaching system be constructed,teaching reform be emphasized,the construction of practical bases be strengthened,educational probation and practice be stressed and these activities be combined with graduation theses.更多还原
