绳编法制备碳纤维线缆及其性能分析
Preparation and performance analysis of rope braiding carbon fiber cables
【摘要】 碳纤维复合材料绳索具有很多优异性能,如质量轻、比强度高、比模量高等,在新型复合材料领域受到广泛关注。但与钢缆相比,其伸长率较小,易脆断。从改变碳纤维线缆结构的角度出发,采用绳编的方法制作碳纤维线缆,并对其强力和伸长率进行测试分析;针对碳纤维线缆在测试过程中的磨损问题,可采用上浆方法予以解决,效果较好。
【Abstract】 Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic(CFRP) cable has caught widespread attention with its excellent performances such as lighter weight,higher strength,bigger modulus and so on.However,it is limited for CFRP cable to replace traditional steel cable because its elongation is not so satisfactory.A new cable structure using the method of rope weaving is designed and tested in this paper,aiming to improve the elongation and ultimate strain of CFRP.The problem that carbon fiber is always damaged heavily during the test process has been resolved ideally by sizing to CFRP cable.
