磁性羟基磷灰石的制备及其Pb(Ⅱ)吸附性能
Fabrication and Pb(Ⅱ) Adsorptive Properties of Magnetic Hydroxyapatite
【摘要】 以Ca(OH)2、NH4H2PO4为原料,在25℃恒温条件下用共沉淀法制备磁性羟基磷灰石(HAp)复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FEG-SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)和氮气吸附-脱吸附(BET)对其化学组成、形貌结构和性能进行表征,并对其Pb(Ⅱ)性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料的均一性、分散性良好,多数Fe3O4纳米颗粒沉积在HAp材料表面,部分生长在HAp结构内部,结合牢固;Fe3O4减轻了HAp的团聚,使材料的比表面积增大,并使其对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能显著提高。
【Abstract】 Magnetic hydroxyapatite composite was prepared by coprecipitation method with Fe3O4 particles and Ca(OH)2,and NH4H2PO4 as its raw material.The crystal structure and surface morphology of the composite were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),the field emission scanning electron microscopy(FEG-SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HR-TEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),respectively.The results show that the composite is homogenous.Fe3O4 particles mostly deposite well on the surface of HAp and sometimes incorporated into the HAp material, which leads to the higher specific surface area and better Pb(ll) adsorption of the HAp material.
