城市总体规划层面中小运量新交通系统的规划思路及策略研究——以南京市为例
Thoughts on the Planning of Medium-Small-Volume Transit System in Nanjing
【摘要】 新交通系统是1970年代西方发达国家在基本建成大运量、快速化轨道交通骨干线网的背景下兴起的一种中小运量轨道交通形式,具有低成本、低外部负效应、准时安全等特点。通过系统梳理了国内外新交通系统的发展特征和建设条件,归纳总结出骨干地铁线网优化、非骨干地铁线路替代、新城或居住片区内部交通组织、城市公共设施等其他专用线路等4种新交通应用模式。然后,结合南京既行规划和轨道交通发展现状,深入剖析发展新交通系统的现实条件,在此基础上,借鉴国内外发展经验,提出城市总体规划层面相应的规划思路和实施策略。
【Abstract】 Innovative transit system,a kind of medium-small-volume rail transit system to complement urban mass rapid transit,first appeared in the 1970s in Western megacities.Such systems have advantages such as low cost,low negative externality,punctuality and safety.The authors systematically analyze types and conditions of urban transits in China and overseas,and summarize four developmental types of Innovative transit systems,namely optimization of primary subway network,substitution of secondary subway route,traffic organization within new city or residential district and special route of pubilc facilities.The authors then further analyze the conditions of developing innovative transit system in Nanjing and proposes thoughts on the planning and implementation of such systems..
