磁锻炼对Co基非晶薄带磁滞回线偏移的影响

【摘要】 采用单辊快淬法制备Co58Fe5Ni10Si11B16非晶薄带,沿非晶薄带轴向施加800A/m纵向磁场进行退火处理。研究了Co58Fe5Ni10Si11B16非晶薄带经纵向磁场热处理后的非对称磁滞回线的技术调制办法。对具有回线偏移行为的退火样品进行了纵向磁场锻炼操作,这种回线偏移可通过磁锻炼方法进行有效的调制。当磁锻炼场大于某一临界值时,磁锻炼效果显著。回线偏移场开始明显降低的临界场为6.8~8 kA/m。这种磁锻炼方法提供了一条有效调制钴基非晶薄带回线偏移行为的途径,对于其潜在应用意义重大。

【Abstract】 Amorphous ribbons Co58Fe5Ni10Si11B16were prepared by melt-spinning technique,and consequently were annealed at different temperatures with 800 A/m longitudinal field.The modulation of asymmetrical loops of the longitudinal field annealed Co58Fe5Ni10Si11B16 amorphous ribbons were systematically studied.Longitudinal magnetic training was deliberately performed on the annealed samples with loop shift.The shifted loops can be technically controlled by AC longitudinal field training method.When the applied field exceeds to some critical value,the magnetic training effect begins to take into account.The switching field,at which the Heb begins to decrease,is in the range of 6.8 to 8 kA/m.This skillful magnetic training method also provides an approach to navigate the loop shift behavior in the Co-based amorphous ribbons for potential applications.
