高温共烧制备的铁氧体/介电陶瓷复合体
Ferrite/dielectric ceramic composites based on high temperature co-firing
【摘要】 首先用普通陶瓷工艺分别制备铁氧体与介电陶瓷粉料,然后在不互相混合的情况下将二者成型为一个整体,最后在1300℃进行高温烧结。对共烧获得的基体从物理性状上进行宏观检验,采用扫描电镜和电子探针分别对各区域及结合部分进行观测和分析。研究表明,共烧过程中铁氧体和陶瓷固相反应正常,形成一个铁氧体与陶瓷两种性状独立而结合紧密的整体,结合部分无变形,它们之间形成了200~400nm的过渡区。铁氧体与陶瓷固相反应时的收缩率对共烧基体结合处影响较大。
【Abstract】 First,ferrite and dielectric ceramic powder were prepared by common ceramic process,respectively,then they were molded to one-piece body without blending to each other,and finally sintered at temperature of 1300℃.The physical character of the matrix was macroscopically analyzed.Each areaincluding combining area were observed and analyzed by SEM and electron probe.Results showed that regular solid state reaction occurs for both ferrite and ceramic,and the two materials incorporates tightly to each other,without deformation in combining area of 200-400nm in thickness.Sintering shrinkage of ferrite and ceramic has a relatively great influence on the combination of matrix.
