谷氨酰胺对缓解呕吐毒素刺激大鼠损伤作用的研究

【摘要】 目的:为探讨补充谷氨酰胺(Gln)对呕吐毒素应激损伤的保护作用。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组(NC组),呕吐毒素模型组(DC组),低剂量(153.32 mg/kg)Gln组(LG组)和高剂量(306.64 mg/kg)Gln组(HG组)。观察Gln对呕吐毒素应激大鼠摄食与生长情况、器官指数和血液生化指标的影响。结果:在21d的试验期内,HG能显著缓解呕吐毒素造成的肝增生和胸腺萎缩现象,降低转氨酶水平(P<0.05)。对清除丙二醛(MDA)损伤,改善IgM分泌抑制,提高ALB浓度也有一定的作用。除了对胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)的分泌调节,高剂量Gln组作用效果均优于低剂量Gln组。结论:Gln具有营养和免疫调节双重作用,特别是其在保护肝功能的突出效果,在一定程度上具有缓解呕吐毒素应激损伤的疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective: The experiment was conducted to inquire into the effects of the protective function of supplementary glutamine on deoxynivalenol-stressed rats.Methods: Forty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups including DC group(gavaged with deoxynivalenol 1.28 mg/kg to induce challenge),nonchallenged control group,low and high glutamine groups(153.32 mg/kg and 306.64 mg/kg) respectively.After 21 days,the rats were killed to test the growth performance,organ indexes and blood biochemical parameters.Results: The results indicated that 306.64 mg/kg glutamine could relieve liver hyperplasia and Thymus atrophy caused by deoxynivalenol.The blood levels of ALT were remarkably lower than the other challenged group(P<0.05).Glutamine also played a role in eliminating MDA,regulating the secretion of IgM and enhancing the concentrations of ALB with no significant difference among groups(P>0.05).In our experiment the higher dose of glutamine was better in alleviating deoxynivalenol stress than the lower one except for the consideration of IGF-1.Conclusion: To certain extent,glutamine would offer protective effects against deoxynivalenol by its alimentary and immune improvement,especially its prominent effect on protecting liver functionl.
