【摘要】 目的探讨320排CT左心室心肌体积(LVMV)简化测量方法的应用价值。方法对30名正常人及86名患者行320排CT心脏扫描。使用常规CT测量方法及简化CT测量方法重建图像并测量LVMV。比较两种方法的测量结果和图像质量。结果常规方法测量正常组及疾病组LVMV测量结果:86.7±4.8ml;116.3±6.6ml。简化测量方法正常组及疾病组LVMV:舒张末期=86.7±4.85ml,收缩末期=87.1±5.1;舒张末期=116.2±6.6ml,收缩末期=116.4±6.5ml。常规测量方法与简化测量方法LVMV测量差异无统计学意义。简化测量方法使用舒张末期与常规方法测量LVMV结果相关性较高。简化方法在舒张末期和收缩末期测量LVMV差异无统计学意义。简化方法与常规方法比较重建图像质量差异存在统计学意义,前者图像质量优于后者。结论 320排CTLVMV简化测量方法可代替常规CT测量方法,心动周期不影响LVMV,舒张末期有利简化测量方法测量LVMV。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore application value of 320 multidetector CT simplified measurement of LVMV.Methods 30 healthy volunteers and 86 patients underwent 320 multidetector cardiac CT scanning.Image reconstruction and measurement of LVMV were proceeded in both conventional way and simplified way.Results of LVMV and quality of images in two ways were compared.Results LVMV of normal group and patients in conventional way:86.7 ± 4.8ml;116.3 ± 6.6ml.LVMV of normal group and patients in simplified method:end diastole=86.7±4.85ml,end systole=87.1±5.1 ml;end diastole=87.1±5.1ml,end systole=116.2±6.6ml.There was no significant difference between LVMV by conventional way and simplified CT measurement method.Higher correlation was found between LVMV in conventional way and that in simplified way at end-diastolic phase(normal group:r=0.996;disease group:r=0.998).LVMV at end diastole and end systole in simplified way was no significant difference.Imagine quality in simplified way was significantly better than that in conventional way(P=0.008).Conclusion Simplified measurement way can take the place of conventional way.Cardiac circle isn ˉt affect LVMV.It’s more suitable for the measurement of LVMV in simplified CT measuring way at end diastole.更多还原
