磁共振成像在产前胎儿颅脑疾病的临床应用价值

【摘要】 目的探讨磁共振成像在产前胎儿先天性颅脑疾病中的检测准确率及临床应用价值。材料和方法25例超声检查诊断为胎儿颅脑畸形的孕妇行胎儿磁共振检查。由有经验的高职医师对胎儿MRI图像进行详细诊断,并将MRI结果与超声结果对比分析。该研究得到医院伦理委员会的批准,并取得孕妇的知情同意。结果 25例孕妇均为单胎,有12例确诊为胎儿颅脑异常。胎脑异常主要包括脑室扩大、胼胝体发育异常、后脑发育不良等。磁共振与超声检查准确率分别为100%、48%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振成像技术能对孕妇宫腔内的胎儿进行多方位快速序列成像,能够准确检测出胎脑的正常与异常,具有非常高的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the detection accuracy and clinical value of the congenital brain diseases by magnetic resonance imaging.Materials and Methods 25 pregnant women clinically or ultrasound suspected of fetal problems or diagnostic uncertainty underwent MRI apply for our hospital.MRI images of the fetus were analyzed to the fetal position and congenital diseases diagnosis by experienced physicians,and compared to the ultrasound results.The study was approved by the hospital ethics committee,and informed consent of the pregnant women.Results 25 pregnant women are single births,12 cases were diagnosed with fetal brain abnormalities.The fetal abnormalities type included oligohydramnios,hypoplasia of the corpus callosum and cerebellar hypoplasia.The accuracy of ultrasound and MRI were 48%,100%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Magnetic resonance imaging techniques can accurately detect the performance of normal or abnormal with maternal intrauterine multidimensional imaging,it has a very high clinical value.
