管径因素对冠状动脉支架CTA成像影响分析

【摘要】 目的评价管径因素对冠状动脉支架CTA成像的影响。材料与方法回顾性分析40例73个冠状动脉支架置入术后患者CTA资料,所有患者行CTA检查后三个月内均完成冠状动脉造影CAG检查。评价相同材质(均为不锈钢)不同管径支架CTA图像对支架壁及支架内管腔的显示情况,并对各支架内再狭窄情况进行评估,与CAG对照,评价不同管径支架对冠脉支架CTA成像的影响。结果内径≥3.5mm支架较内径≤3.0mm支架CTA金属伪影越小,内腔显示越好,CTA诊断准确性高(88.4%vs62.9%,P=0.008)。结论内径≥3.5mm支架伪影少,图像可评价率及诊断准确率高更有利于支架CTA成像;内径≤3.0mm支架伪影较重,诊断准确率较低。临床上需对内径≤3.0mm支架CTA诊断结果正确评价。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze effect of stent caliber in coronary stent CT angiography.Materials and methods The CT arteriography imaging of 40 patients with a total of 73 stents were analysis retrospectively.All of the patients received CAG detection after CT examination within 3 months.We paid attention that how the different side of stent were displaied in CTA,and CTA result were compared with CAG.Result Stents of diameter ≥ 3.5mm lead to better stent images and high accuracy of diagnosis than stents of diameter ≤ 3.0mm.Conclusion Stents with diameter ≥ 3.5mm lead to better stent images.We should pay attention that the ISR may be misdiagnosis in stents of diameter ≤ 3.0mm which may lead to more artifacts on CTA.
