【Abstract】 As a new type of organization operating mode,service outsourcing has become an important strategic choice of the hotels for conferences to reduce costs and enhance their core competitiveness.However,the development of service outsourcing of the hotels for conferences has not been mature.Lack of professional talented personnel and mismatching with demand are the main sticking points.This essay analyzes the current situation and the demand for talented personnel of service outsourcing of the hotels for conferences and brings forward the training model of "one body with two wings".In the end,the opening teaching system with "two platforms,three programs" has been constructed.更多还原
