【摘要】 基于对北京市西城区社区公共服务设施使用情况的调查,选取了社区图书室和室外健身场地为调查研究对象,应用Logistic回归模型分析了影响社区居民认知与使用以上两种设施的主要因素。认为影响社区居民认知与使用社区共服务设施的因素主要包括个人的社会经济特征与社区公共服务设施的配置状况两方面。依据回归方程中的影响因素和参数估计,对社区公共服务设施的使用情况进行了预测,并确定了规划配置的指标体系与配置标准,以促进社区公共服务设施的合理配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the using situation about the community public service facilities in Xicheng District of Beijing,this article adopts Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors on the community residents to cognize and use community library and outdoor activity place.The analytical results show that both personal economic characteristics of respondents and configuration situation of community facilities which affect residents’ cognition and utilization frequency of community public service facilities.Based on the analytical method and Logistic regression equations with estimated parameters,evaluation index of community public service facilities can be determined from the viewpoint of the major influence factors.更多还原
