【Abstract】 The main problems of the community management in China today are as follow: firstly,the location of the role of the subject of the community managers is chaotic;secondly,the subject of community manages is not balanced;and finally,the community construction is still in condition that the government is the subject as a "one-man show".To solve these problems,the "hard" work and the "soft" work should be carried out.On one hand,the "hard work" includes classifying management role orientation of the subject of the community managers,regulating the identity and the behavior of the managers,clarifying the right,the responsibility and the obligation of the neighborhood committees,the property company and the owners’ committee.On the other hand,the "soft" work asks for strengthening the construction of the common sense of community,cultivating the community consciousness in the community,and enhancing the sense of belonging,the centripetal force and the cohesive force of the community residents.更多还原
