【摘要】 城市建设和经济社会快速发展的同时,突发事件亦呈现出更为复杂的发展趋势,给城市综合应急管理带来了新的挑战。基于此,首先对国外应急管理模式进行研究,并深入调研分析了国内以深圳为例的应急管理"大部制"实践模式、以朝阳区为例的"全模式社会服务管理"模式以及以东城区为例的"N中心一体"城市综合应急管理模式,结合应急管理最新理论及上述实践分析,最后给出几点思考与建议,以期对城市综合应急管理有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy and society in the city,the task is increasingly heavy,and the traditional emergency management has been far cannot adapt to the new situation in the emergency management.In order to enhance the capability of emergency management in the city,The examples of "Big Department System" of emergency management in Shenzhen,"the whole mode of social services management" in Chaoyang District,"the integration of N Center" emergency management model in Dongcheng District are analyzed in this paper.Base on the above analysis,this paper presents some feasible suggestions on the emergency management in the city.更多还原
