盾构施工穿越钱塘江大堤沉降控制分析
Analysis on Settlement Control of Shield Tunneling across Qiantang River Embankment
【摘要】 结合西气东输二线管道上海支干线穿越海宁段钱塘江大堤工程,实测了盾构机掘进过程中,试验段隧道轴线周边土体受到的侧压力、总压力和孔隙水压力的变化特征,施工结束后孔隙水压力的消散过程;地基土体深层水平位移沿深度方向的分布特征;以及钱塘江大堤5个横向断面的沉降分布情况。该文通过对实测数据进行归纳统计,分析该盾构施工对地基土体扰动程度、范围,以及在钱塘江北岸的软土中进行盾构掘进施工,工后沉降占总沉降量的比例。结合工程实践,提出了盾构施工穿越钱塘江大堤(嘉兴段)的沉降控制措施。
【Abstract】 Combined with the West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline II Project of Shanghai Branch across Haining Section of Qiantang River Embankment,the article introduces the measured varying characters of the lateral pressure,total pressure and pore water pressure withstood by the surrounding soil body of the tunnel axes of the test section,the scattering process of pore water pressure after the construction completion,the distribution character along the depth direction of horizontal displacement of subgrade soil,and the settlement distribution of fiver transverse sections of Qiantang River Embankment in the course of shield tunneling.Based on the inductive statistics of the measured data,the article analyzes the disturbance degree and range of the shield tunneling on the subgrade soil,and the proportion of the completion settlement in the total settlement in the course of shield tunneling in the soft soil at the north bank of Qiantang River.The article puts forward the settlement control measures for the shield tunneling across Qiantang River Embankment(Jiaxing Section) according to the engineering practices.
