大门大桥主桥桩基桩端压浆及静载试验效应研究

【摘要】 大门大桥位于温州瓯江口沙头水道,该区域软土巨厚,基岩埋深在150 m以上。为增加桩基承载力和减小基础沉降,大桥采用桩端压浆工艺,并对主桥试验桩进行了静载试验,以验证桩端压浆前后桩基极限承载力及沉降的变化。该文介绍了其试验要求和试验方法。通过试验表明,桩端压浆具有明显的效果,单桩承载力提高了15%,桩端位移显著减小,为设计优化提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Damen Bridge is located at Shatou Watercourse of Oujiang River in Wenzhou. The soft soil is huge and thick and the bedrock is embedded over 150 cm deep in this area. In order to increase the carrying capacity of pile foundation and decrease the settlement of foundation, the bridge is used by the pressure grouting technology at the pile end and the test pile of the main bridge is tested by the static load to validate the variation of the ultimate carrying capacity and settlement of pile foundation before and after pressure grouting of pile end. The article introduces its test requirement and test method. The test shows that the pressure grouting of pile end has the obvious effect, the carrying capacity of single pile is enhanced by 15% and the displacement of pile end is obviously reduced, which provides he basis to optimize the design.
