肝内胆管癌组织中PlGF的表达与MVD的关系

【摘要】 目的研究肝内胆管癌(ICC)组织中PlGF的表达与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学的方法检测50例肝内胆管癌及8例正常肝组织胆管上皮细胞胎盘生长因子(PlGF)的表达及MVD。结果 ICC组织PlGF阳性表达率、强阳性表达率分别为54%、28%,正常肝组织胆管上皮细胞PlGF阳性表达率、强阳性表达率分别为25%、0%,ICC组织MVD及正常肝组织MVD分别为52.88±21.40、14.86±3.38,ICC组织PlGF(+)、(++)表达率及MVD均显著高于正常肝内胆管上皮细胞(P<0.05)。胆管癌PlGF(++)组、PlGF(+)组及PlGF(-)组MVD分别为65.36±22.87、51.80±18.12、36.68±17.80,胆管癌PlGF(++)组MVD>PlGF(+)组MVD>PlGF(-)组MVD,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PlGF在肝内胆管癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用,尤其是在血管生成方面。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the PlGF expression and MVD in human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods The expression of PlGF and MVD were examined by immunohistochemistry in 50 human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues and 8 normal liver tissues.Results The(+) and(++) expression rate of PlGF were 54% and 28% in ICC tissues,25% and 0% in biliary epithelium of the normal liver tissues,respectively.The MVD of ICC tissues and normal liver tissues were 52.88±21.40 and 14.86±3.38,respectively.The(+) and(++) expression rate of PlGF and MVD in ICC tissues were significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues(P<0.05).The MVD of PlGF(++) group,PlGF(+) group,and PlGF(-) group were 65.36±22.87,51.80±18.12,and 36.68±17.80,respectively.The MVD of PlGF(++) group was higher than that of PlGF(+) group,MVD of PlGF(+) group was higher than that of PlGF(-) group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PlGF is related to ICC.The increased Plgf expression may be one of the factors that promote angiogenesis in human ICCs.
