【Abstract】 Technological innovation from America’s intellectual property is linked to three-quarters of the economic growth.American IP industries account for over half of all U.S.exports and provide millions of Americans with well-paying jobs.So it’s critic for patent system and its effect on innovation and economic actions.This paper begins from the American invention bill revision background,outlines the American patent system evolution briefly,and has with emphasis studied the primary provisions of America Invents Act.Then the paper analyzes the affects of the act to science,technology,and the economy development.更多还原
