合成条件对钴铁氧体纳米晶铁氧体磁性能的影响(英文)
Influence of Synthesis Conditions on Magnetic Properties of CoFe2O4 Nanocrystalline Ferrites
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法合成了钴铁氧体纳米晶铁氧体,系统研究了柠檬酸的用量、pH值、烧结温度对样品的结构及磁性能的影响,采用了热重-差热、X射线衍射、振动样品磁强计等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明:柠檬酸在CoFe2O4的形成过程中起了很重要的作用,烧结温度对样品的磁性能的影响最大,所得样品的矫顽力范围是730×80 A/m到1548×80A/m,平均晶粒尺寸的范围为20到90nm
【Abstract】 CoFe2O4 nanocrystaUine ferrites were synthesized with the sol-gel and self-combustion method,and then the influence of the citric acid concentration,pH value and sintering temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the as-prepared samples was discussed using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The result indicated that citric acid played an important role in the formation of spinel phase of CoFe2O4.Sintering temperature had the most significant influence on the magnetic properties of the CoFe2O4 powders.The coercivity(Hc) decreased from 1548×80 to 730×80 A/m and the saturation magnetization(Ms) decreased from 57 to 78(A·m2)/kg with the sintering temperature from 450 to 950 ℃.The average size of as-prepared CoFe2O4 nanoparticles had a size range of 20 to 90 nm.
