以阴离子表面活性剂合成氨基功能化介孔氧化硅及其Pb2+的去除性能(英文)
Synthesis and Pb2+ Removal Property of Amino-Functionalized Mesoporous Silica Synthesized by an Anionic Surfactant Templating Route
【摘要】 利用肌氨酸钠为模板剂、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为共结构导向剂,通过阴离子表面模板路线合成了氦基功能化介孔氧化硅,所合成的材料用于铅离子的去除。通过FT-IR、N2吸脱附、TEM等技术对所合成的材料进行表征。结果表叫,预产物中的模板剂可通过乙醇-乙醇胺溶液有效地除去,且所合成材料中的孔道结构为球形对称模型。铅离子吸附结果表明,在本研究实验条件下,所合成的目标产物对铅离子的平衡吸附量较大,且此材料吸附铅离子时具有高度重复使用性能。
【Abstract】 Amino-functionalized mesoporous silica was synthesized by an anionic surfactant templating route using N-lauroylsarcosine sodium(Sar-Na) as template and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxy-silane(APMS) as co-structure-directing agent(CSDA).Thus obtained sample was used for sequestration of lead ions from aqueous solution.The resultant sample was characterized by FT-IR,N2 adsorption-desorption,and TEM technics.The results show that the templating agent in the as-synthesized materials was efficiently removed by extraction of ethanol and ethanol amine,and mesoporous silica with pores distributed in a spherically symmetric mode was obtained.The results of lead ions removal show that a large amount of equilibrium adsorption capability is obtained under our experimental conditions,and that the resultant sample prepared in this study is a much highly regenerated adsorbent.
