介孔单晶Co3O4纳米球颗粒的合成和磁性能(英文)
Stacking of Single-Crystal Co3O4 Nano-Spheres into Mesoporous Micro-Particles:Synthesis and Magnetic Properties
【摘要】 以介孔氧化硅LP-FDU-12作为硬模板,通过纳米复制技术合成出具有单晶结构的介孔CO3O4小球,对合成样品进行XRD、TEM、N2吸脱附、超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)测试表征。结果表明,所合成的介孔CO3O4较完整地复制了LP-FDU-12的介孔孔道结构,其比表面积到53 m2/g,较传统方法合成的纳米CO3O4有较大提高。磁性能研究表明,在奈尔温度TN为35 K时,出现磁反转,由反铁磁性转变为弱铁磁性。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous single-crystal Co3O4 was obtained via nanocasting method using mesoporous silica LP-FDU-12 as hard template.The material were characterized by XRD,HRTEM,nitrogen adsorption-desorption and SQUID.The results show that the meso-structure of LP-FDU-12 was well replicated by mesoporous Co3O4.The surface area of mesoporous Co3O4 is 53m’/g.The temperature dependence curves of magnetization indicate mainly antiferromagnetism and weak ferromagnetism of mesoporous Co3O4 at TN:35 K respectively.
